Who it's for
Players who want to get properly good rather than just get a hit in. Foundation level assumes no experience at all — you do not need to have played before to start the Academy.

All equipment is included — nets, paddles and balls. Venue hire is quoted separately: we come to you, and if you don't have a space we'll arrange one.

Can I start with no experience?
Yes. Foundation level starts from the very beginning.

Do I need my own paddle?
Not to start. Most players buy one a few weeks in, and we'll advise on what suits your game.
How do levels work?
You're placed after a short assessment and can move up mid-term if you're ready.
